Attending workshops can be a beneficial activity in learning new information or help in making others aware  of life with epilepsy. Epilepsy York Region provides workshops to its volunteers, members, or others within the York Region communities. Topics of interests can include: • medication use; • treatment options; • living with epilepsy; and • social issues surrounding everyday life.
