Contact Us Site Map Events EVENTS Epilepsy York Region hosts a variety of events throughout the year. From fundraising events to education and awareness presentations or social gatherings for members, EYR fully supports those affected by epilepsy through all occasions. Organizing fundraising events in support of the ongoing programs and services at our agency are continuous projects at EYR. Past events include increasing awareness in the community through displaying information boards, gatherings exclusively for members such as picnics, end of the year party’s, or open house nights are just a few examples. Volunteers also have the privilege of attending events held by Epilepsy York Region, such as the annual volunteer’s appreciation evening. Through all seasons, Epilepsy York Region strives to maintain events that will not only raise funds to help those living with epilepsy but also to advocate on behalf of them.
